Delivery Costs

We will ship items up to 20 bottles (boxes), please contact us at if you are going to order over 20 bottles (boxes). To check the delivery cost for your parcel, please follow these steps.

・Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
・Select the country from the select box below information ”Estimate shipping & taxes for:”.
・Click “Estimate Shipping & Taxes” button.
・This will display the delivery cost for items in your cart.


We aim to have parcels ready for dispatch within 3 working days unless otherwise negotiated between AOTEA Pacific Ltd and the Customer. We will contact you immediately if there are any delays. Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. We will not, and cannot be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, AOTEA Pacific Ltd is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at its expense.

Overseas customers

Once you decide to bring goods into your country from an overseas location you become an importer. This means that legally you are responsible for abiding by the import laws set by your country. We are not responsible for any items that are seized or destroyed by the Customs and Border Protection in your country. If your item is destroyed by Customs we are unable to provide any refund. We are also unable to refund for items that are opened, damaged or inspected by Customs.

Returns and Exchange

New Zealand and Australia: all goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Rest of the world: all goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
– We will refund if there are any defects with the products.
– Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges.
– Delivery Costs(return delivery and reship) will be the responsibility of the customer.
– All goods to be returned must be unopened and undamaged.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
– The receipt.
– Reason for return.
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so that the parcel can be traced.
